    El presente continuo son cosas que estamos haciendo en el momento de hablar, por eso la mayoría de las frases con at the moment, now son con presente continuo, y con presente simple cuando hablamos en general, cosas que hacesmos habitualmente, cuando usamos en las frases, every day ,every month,every year, all the monday con días de la semana, cosas que sueles hacer pero no en ese momento.y con las adverbios de frecuencia también usamos presente simple (never,always,rarely,often,sometimes,etc)
